UNDIP, Semarang (3/2) – Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) through the Directorate of Law and Organization (DHO) held a “Workshop on the Implementation of the Integrity Zone” aims at Corruption-Free Area as well as a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBK/WBBM) which was lined up with the Evaluation Desk Evaluation Sheet (LKE) of the Integrity Zone, on Monday-Tuesday, February 2nd-3rd, 2026, located in the 5th Floor Hall of Prof. Ir. Eko Budihardjo, M.Sc. Building, Dean Office of the Faculty of Engineering, UNDIP.
The activity is part of UNDIP’s strategic efforts in strengthening university governance that is clean, accountable, and oriented towards improving the quality of public services. Also was present the Vice Rector III for Human Resources, Information Technology, Law, and UNDIP Organization, Dean of 13 faculties/schools. The workshop was attended by more than 200 participants consisting of the TPPTN Team, the Faculty and school Integrity Zone Team, as well as representatives of work units within the UNDIP environment.
In the speech also the opening of the event, Vice Rector III for Human Resources, Information Technology, Law, and UNDIP Organization, Prof. Dr. Adian Fatchur Rochim, S.T., M.T., emphasized that the development of the Integrity Zone is a collective responsibility of all work units. He said that the success of one faculty becomes energy for other faculties, and emphasized that the Integrity Zone is not just an administrative target, but a standard in the way of working and moving.
“Integrity Zone is the courage to change, improve old habits, and dare to say yes to more humane service. UNDIP is building its identity as a university that excels in science, benefits the society, and has dignity in governance,” said Prof. Adian.
Meanwhile, Deputy Director of Law and Organization of UNDIP, Feri Satria Wicaksana Effendy, S.H., M.H. as well as the activity moderator, said that this workshop is expected to be able to increase understanding, motivation, and integration between units in the implementation of ZI WBK/WBBM development, especially through the improvement of sustainable LKE (Evaluation Worksheet).
“Through this workshop activity, it is expected to increase motivation and strengthen the strategy in the implementation of the Integrity Journal, counting to help identify the strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas of LKE through the desk evaluation process by the WBK and WBBM teams.” said Feri Satria.
In the main session, the speaker from BBPMP (Balai Besar Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan) Central Java, Ahmad Mudlofir, presented a material entitled Success Story BBPMP Central Java in Achieving the Predicate of ZI WBK and WBBM. He explained that the development of the Integrity Zone must be oriented towards the impact and real benefits of service innovation, both for service users and for the organization. According to him, the success of the development of ZI is determined by the ability of the work unit to manage innovation, measure the impact of services, and build a sustainable quality assurance system. The discussion then continued with a deepening of the material by Putut Joko Wibowo, M.T., who emphasized the importance of a thorough evaluation of the aspects of innovation, service user response, gratification control, strengthening organizational integrity, and the mechanism for measuring community satisfaction as part of the development of Integrity Zone.
The series of activities continued with the LKE Integrity Zone Desk Evaluation which was carried out gradually according to the schedule on February 2-3, 2026. This evaluation includes all faculties and schools in the UNDIP environment, as part of the internal assessment stage towards the proposal of WBK/WBBM (Corruption-Free Region and Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Region) at the national level. Through the implementation of this workshop and desk evaluation, Universitas Diponegoro reaffirms its commitment to building a culture of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all aspects of higher education.
